Review: I was really amazed by the service we received from Shalom Transportation! We had originally booked transportation with another company to go to Pennsylvania, but unfortunately, they forgot about us. In a panic, we called Shalom Transportation, and they came through for us in a big way.Within just an hour and a half, they sent two coaches to our location, which allowed us to make it to our school trip on time! The drivers were professional and friendly, making the experience even better.This is truly a great company, and I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of reliable transportation. They are very flexible with timing and truly care about their customers. I will definitely stick with Shalom Transportation for all my future trips!”

Review: Had an absolutely horrible experience with this company. My family of about 40+ ppl booked through them for our family reunion in South Carolina which was about an 8 hour drive. The driver came 3 hours late and ran out of gas on the way there and we were stuck on the side of the highway in 90+ degree weather for about 2 hours. Keep in mind the age ranges of my family is from over 90 to 2 years old, so this heat was dangerous for many people. He did absolutely nothing to help the situation, all of my male cousins were helping out and figuring everything out. My mother passed out from the heat and I had to call an ambulance. When we finally got to the hotel we’d missed the events for that night so we only really got to enjoy 1 out of the 3 days of our family reunion. No one was comfortable with the driver, Adrian, driving us back home but the company was not trying to help us at all. When we were headed back home about an hour into the drive the A/C stops working. Again our driver Adrian didn’t know what to do so my male cousins were helping him and trying to figure out how to fix it. We had to spend money on a hotel just so we could have somewhere to stay once the company finally agreed to send another bus and driver. They said this would only take 2-4 hours but our bus didn’t come until about 8 hours later. Absolutely terrible customer service.
